Corporation/ Non Profit:
- Has licensed Christian professional counselors virtually on their staff in support of family, youth, children, and pastoral care ministries.
- Has significantly reduced the potential liabilities to the corporation and its managers associated with counseling.
- Has significantly reduced the cost barriers for counseling for its employees ($20 co-pay).
- Enters into an agreement with CounselingWorks as independent contractor to provide counseling for corporation employees for a given number of hours at a set fee.
CounselingWorks:
- Will provide a monthly report to designated corporate managers on counseling hours utilized by its employees.
- Will provide ads for corporation printed material and posters for display in facilities and newsletters.
- Will provide a website link.
- Will be in compliance with all State and Federal laws, rules, and regulations.
- Will comply with professional and ethical standards.
- Will comply with HIPPA requirements for client privacy and confidentiality.
- Will insure all counselors maintain professional liability insurances.
