Why should my church sign up?

-An American dies by suicide every 16 minutes!
-899,000 children were reported as abused last year!
-8.8 million children witness domestic violence every year!
-2.4 million deaths last year left friends and family to grieve!
-1 in 4 women experience domestic violence during their life time!
-37% of women emergency room visits were result of domestic violence!
-There were 1,070,400 divorces last year!
-The average age of a first time encounter with pornography is 11!!!!
You have the opportunity to engage CounselingWorks as a partner in combat against Satan and his attacks on the members of your congregation and their community. Please consider how you can best use CounselingWorks as a weapon in your arsenal.
Information on Church Sponsorship Programs
Church/ Non Profit:
- Has licensed Christian professional counselors virtually on their staff in support of family, youth, children, and pastoral care ministries.
- Has significantly reduced the potential liabilities to the church and its leaders associated with counseling.
- Has significantly reduced the cost barriers for counseling for its members ($20 co-pay).
- Enters into an agreement with CounselingWorks as independent contractor to provide counseling for church members for a given number of hours at a set fee.
CounselingWorks:
- Will provide a monthly report to designated Church leaders on counseling hours utilized by its members.
- Will provide ads for church printed material and posters for display in church facilities.
- Will provide a website link.
- Will verify membership against current directory provided by Church.
- Will be in compliance with all State and Federal laws, rules, and regulations.
- Will comply with professional and ethical standards.
- Will comply with HIPPA requirements for client privacy and confidentiality.
- Will insure all counselors maintain professional liability insurances.
